Protect Your Family's Future Without the Overwhelm.

The experience you need when planning for the future. We'll simplify the legal steps, reduce the unknowns, and help you protect your family with a steady plan.

Finding clarity in the hard parts.

We know that talking about wills, trusts, and worst-case scenarios can feel intimidating. The legal system is notorious for making simple things feel cold and complicated. But leaving your family without a clear plan can create unnecessary stress, probate delays, and conflict during times they need clarity the most.

At Ramick Law, we operate on a "human-first" philosophy. As your neighbors in Southwest OKC and Moore, we believe you shouldn't have to navigate life's hardest transitions alone. Our team will talk with you like a real person, stripping away the legal noise to explain what actually matters—so you can build a path forward that fits your goals.

Clear Communication. A Steady Plan.

We offer transparent estate documents designed for the regular family.

Wills & Trusts

Clear instructions on who inherits your assets and cares for your children. We help you protect your hard-earned assets using tools like, Wills, Revocable Living Trusts and Transfer-on-Death (TOD) deeds, and more. We will help you make these decisions.

Powers of Attorney

Designate someone you trust to handle your finances and make decisions if you are ever medically unable to do so yourself, fully compliant with Oklahoma Statute.

Advance Directive

Take the burden off your family by making your medical and end-of-life wishes clearly known in legally binding, Oklahoma-specific documents.

Guardianships

Whether you need to step in and make decisions for an aging parent, or establish care for another vulnerable loved one, we are here to help guide the conversation. We handle the legal complexities so you can focus on supporting your family.

The Roadmap.

01

Schedule A Conversation

Start with a brief 10-15 minute phone call. We will help evaluate your needs, see if we are the right fit, answer questions you may have, and help you get ready for the next step.

02

Information Gathering & Draft

Once we know the direction we are heading, our team will begin drafting your documents. We will schedule you for 2-3 weeks to execute your estate documents.

03

You will come to our office where we will have all the documents prepared, witnesses ready, a notary on standby to execute your estate plan. You will leave with physical originals, a beautiful binder, scanned in copies, and a plan for where to go from here.
