Jillian Ramick
Lead Attorney | Founder
Jillian Ramick founded Ramick Law with one goal: to build a different kind of firm. She set out to create a practice that feels clear, human, and steady when life feels anything but. A proud Central Oklahoman through and through, Jillian is a Southmoore High School alum and a University of Central Oklahoma graduate who has called the Oklahoma City area home her entire life.
Jillian graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2017 and was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar that same year. During her time at UCO, she served as Student Body Vice President, President of Alpha Gamma Delta and President of the President’s Leadership Council, eventually being named Homecoming Queen and the Top Central Woman in 2014. These experiences shaped her leadership style—one defined by energy, empathy, and a deep belief in showing up for people.
Beyond the courtroom,Jillianis a seasoned entrepreneur; from 2020 to 2023, she owned and operated Graze OKC, a local charcuterie business. She practices family law because she thrives on walking alongside people through hard seasons with clarity and compassion. For Fiscal Year 2026, she servedas President of the Moore Norman Technology Center Foundation and is a past President of the Cleveland County Bar Association.Jillianfinds her balance through all types of travel, craft nights with her girls, and quality time with her family, including her dogs and a husband who occasionally convinces her that camping is a good idea.Jillian and her family have a goal of visiting all the National Parks in the United States. They have visited 11 in total, with big plans for 2026 and checking new ones off the list.
Ashley Baldwin
Senior Associate Attorney
Ashley Baldwin knows that family law isn’t just about the courtroom, it’s about the people inside it. Since joining Ramick Law in 2024, Ashley has become a pivotal part of our team, bringing a rare combination of high-stakes advocacy and a servant’s heart to every client she guides.
A proud University of Oklahoma alum, Ashley was a Tri-Delta and spent all four years on the OU Pom squad. At the University of Oklahoma College of Law, she distinguished herself as a member of The Order of Barristers Honor Society and a Dean’s Leadership Fellow, and she earned the Larry Siria Community Service Award for her commitment to the community. In 2018, Ashley served as Miss Oklahoma, traveling over 40,000 miles to every county in the state and finishing in the Top 15 at Miss America. During her year of service, she championed No Boundaries International, fighting for those affected by human trafficking.
Before finding her home at Ramick Law, Ashley honed her litigation skills in workers' compensation. Today, she is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. When off the clock, she’s likely hunting for treasures at estate sales, traveling to England, or cheering on Chelsea FC, F1, and the OU Sooners.
Elly Brantley
Associate Attorney
Elly Brantley believes the best legal guidance starts with a real conversation. Since joining Ramick Law in early 2026, Elly has already begun to shine, bringing a rare level of specialized experience in child advocacy and a heart for the most vulnerable members of our community.
A proud University of Central Oklahoma alumna, Elly graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration. During her time at UCO, she was a member of Sigma Kappa, building the foundations for the community-centered leadership she brings to the firm today. Elly graduated Magna Cum Laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law, where she was a fixture on the Faculty Honor Roll. During law school, she facilitated adoption proceedings across multiple jurisdictions as a Licensed Legal Intern.
Her professional background is defined by protection; she previously served as a Case Manager for the Oklahoma Child Death Review Board, ensuring accountability and advocating for systemic improvements in child safety. Elly is certified in the Interdisciplinary Training Program on Child Abuse and Neglect and has volunteered for Royal Family Kids Camp for seven years. Outside of the office, Elly embraces the quiet moments with her husband and their two dogs, traveling when she can and discovering new local coffee shops.
Clayton Ramick
Operations Manager & Legal Assistant
Clayton is often the first voice you hear when you call Ramick Law. As the firm’s Operations Manager and a Legal Assistant, Clayton is the bridge between our legal strategy and the high-level service our clients deserve. While he didn’t attend law school, he lived through the journey alongside Jillian, giving him a unique "behind-the-scenes" understanding of the dedication it takes to practice law with integrity.
Clayton earned his Master’s in Applied Sociology – Nonprofit Leadership from Oklahoma City University in 2016 and spent 11 years in the nonprofit sector with organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Moore Public Schools Foundation. A seasoned fundraiser and former OKC Thunder entertainer, Clayton uses his experience from the nonprofit world to ensure our clients have access to resources beyond the courtroom.
High school sweethearts who built this firm together, Clayton and Jillian live the mission of Ramick Law. When you choose this firm, you get Clayton’s vast knowledge of community resources and his commitment to a seamless experience. When he isn’t being a husband or dad, you can find him at a campsite, a metal or EDM concert, or rooting for Liverpool Football Club.

Nora Lisa Kudrow
Chief Barketing Officer
Nora is the "OG" of Ramick Law, having been by Jillian’s side for over ten years. She served as the primary emotional support pup through the late nights of law school and the intensity of the Bar exam, seeing the firm through every milestone. Nora has been around for it all and still maintains a perfect attendance record, mostly because she will purposefully find her way into any meeting where she feels her presence is required.
Franklin Edward Murphy
The Paw-blic Defender
Franklin is the newest recruit at the practice and is currently hard at work preparing for his future "Bar(k)" exam. While he has ambitious plans to lead the firm’s (currently non-existent) criminal division one day, he is currently restricted to behind-the-scenes operations while he works through his "rowdy" phase. He isn’t seen in the lobby much yet, but he is a vital part of the firm’s long-term growth and high-energy morale.
